The Myhixel Med is priced at $300 which includes the Myhixel I, the Play Med app, and online consultancy. The updated version of the Myhixel device and app has a starting price of $299 which includes Myhixel II and the Control app. This is known as Myhixel Control where both the app and device are updated. The MYHIXEL II Device is also available separately for €119,90. Myhixel.com has a clear Shipping & Returns Policy. Orders can take up to 3 business days to be processed and shipped. Once the order is prepared for shipment, a shipping confirmation email with tracking information is sent. The company ships worldwide except for a few locations. Shipping costs are calculated according to the shipping destination and displayed at the shopping cart checkout. Standard shipping is free for all orders of 70€ or more before taxes and shipping. However, the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla are in a special charging zone where free shipping costs are not included.

As for the Returns Policy, returns on items are accepted within 15 days of receipt, provided they have not been opened. Items must be returned unopened/unused, with tags, in their original packaging. Exchanges are not accepted as items may sell out while the requested exchange is returned and processed. Opened objects may only be exchanged for a new one under warranty. Shipping charges will only be refunded in cases where an error caused the return or in case of related problems to warranty. When the order is shipped outside the Iberian Peninsula with free shipping costs, the same will also be deducted from the refund. Pre-authorization is required for all returns. Any item returned after 15 days of receipt is not eligible for refund. A refund will be issued once the returned items have been received. Any items that are damaged or opened when received are not eligible for refund.
